can she be my sister-in-law too? she rawks!
there's a bevvy o' options for the wig.
off the top of my head right now i can think of::
to get one of those xxl Godiva wigs off ebay in blonde and use a homemade Sharpie dye in the bluish purple to get it to the right colour.
although i'll have to check some, but you can also find longish lavender/light blue wigs with bangs on these sites:

and, as always, there are loose lavendar bulk hair packs at the ethnic hair places on brainerd road as well as at the dollar general's kids section, although i don't know how close of a match it'd be to a preexisting wig from a costume shop like beauty and the beast and such..
